Well, I really haven't anything original to say, as it all seems to have been said by other members of this little "family" we have on here.... So, I will just add a GREAT BIG THANK YOU! Thank you, Jennifer for starting this post and getting the information flowing about how this site all fits together and of course a HUGE thank you to the admins. and everyone working behing the scenes on this site and keeping it running.
I look forward to coming here everyday. Though I don't always post, or even get a chance to read all posts, I have been moved to question things that have been brought up here with my CF docs and feel much more educated by doing so (as well as the education I gain from each and every one of YOU!).... I have also gained a great support and feel I can come here if I'm having a bad (or good) day and share as well as share in your sorrows and joys. CF patients as a whole are often kept seperate and thus feel alone and alienated and without support. I feel blessed that I can be part of a community that is so supportive and educational.

She knows & remembers so much about each of us as individuals & she is truly striving to give us the best resource she can both among each other as well as the companies involved in developing meds/equipment for us. It was a true privelage to meet her in person & put the name with a face. One of her posts/blogs she signed as Mama Jeanne....it truly fits. Ironically tho its not just her. Its everyone that works with her on things. Sarah & Bill are her partners in crime with the CF Forum. I'm on my way to see you again Melissa and you know you can be Marvelous or not , but if you are... we'll run around St. Vincents...what do you mean you've been going there for 30 years and have never been to the chapel?! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> ...we'll take a look and then see if they have a garden room...I'll bring greasy salty from my son Andrew's restaurant (he's the manager of The Strip House) steak house just down the street...yummy sounds good...I hope you're hungry!
