Son culture positive for MRSA

If it is MRSA I'd think he'd tell you more than staph, so I'd start by calling and making sure it wasn't a clerical error. I received a lab report from our CF nurse once that said she cultures mucoid pseudomonas. I FLIPPED out!! But when I called I found that it was a mix up and they were very sorry.

Mistakes do happen.

If it is MRSA and is lung function is good, no extra cough, etc.... I'd still want to see what they can do to be actively trying to erradicate it sooner rather than waiting for symptoms.
