Thank you so much for your replies ladies. I called the CF nurse at my clinic today and she said they would be happy to send a letter to Blue Cross for me! She just asked that I fax her a copy of the insurance denial so she can enclose it with the letter. Even if this doesn't work and insurance ends up not paying anything, I can say I tried <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I'll keep you posted as to what I find out. If anyone has any further suggestions feel free to keep them coming!
