Staying regular

I'm pregnant so right now its even more of a problem for me than usual. I eat lots of fruit and veggies. Prune juice when needed. I'm trying to do things as 'natural' as possible to avoid chemicals if I can.
<br />First thing in the morning, a glass of something cold followed by a small cup of coffee. And things always 'get moving' pretty soon after that.
