Yep, I grow out Steno too...it is in the pseudomonas family. The docs treat it with PO antibiotics and IV's when it gets out of hand. The links that everyone gave are good. Jenn

they had have her on 14 days of augmentin and it just happened to be her time to start her tobi, they didn't seem worried about it does it sound like they are treating it aggressivly? shes been coughing a very wet mucousy cough for 4 weeks now and they tell me its normal unless she runs a fever or starts vomiting. they did do a chest xray and sinus xray wich both came back normal thank goodness<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0"> the drs said and i've heard it a thosand times its just a cf thing, sometimes i get tired of hearing that does anyone else? i'm just concerned because yes shes had a cough in the past but it usually goes away and this ones not even w/ the antibiotics and tobi, thanks terri for the tip that will be useful and i'm going to check out those links
