Still tired after Ivs

The title says it all. As I get older i get (im 34)and my functions get lower (30%), the longer it takes for me to get my strength back. It's been 9 days since my Ivs ended and I don't have all my strength back. Getting better every day. Does this happen to you? Any advice on how to get my strength back?

Hospitalisations and IV's just get in my head that "I'm sick right now" and it used to just make me extra careful with or just neglect exercising and maybe even neglect some of my usual daily activities and so end up losing a lot of strength and energy while it's supposed to be the other way around.
But there's a lot you can do while being careful with your one arm and when I'm wired up now I do things like one-legged/pistol squats like my life depends on them. It makes all the difference.

I'm 37, lung function is 35%, and unless the IV's smash the bugs, I feel exhausted and usually feel worse on IVs.
Used to be I felt brilliant on IVs every time. Now I kinda dread them.
This last infection, the IV's were useless and I felt especially rubbish.
I've also started feeling nauseous and sick towards the end of IV's. Anyone else have that?

Exercise seems like a distant dream. I walk a bit but mostly sleep 12 hours a night while on IVs. Tired all the time.

Any one else have to take paracetamol or ibuprofen every day just to get through the day without feeling so bad?

Antibiotics mess up our body in some ways besides some bugs they are supposed to mess up yeah.
I'm also a member of the 30%'s club but feeling like crap and not exercising is a vicious circle for me. So now I'll exercise through anything, fever, flu, I'll still try to pick up some weights.. And I recover faster.
Paracetamol is an option. I'd use it all the time too till I read into it a bit and it's crappy stuff fe. in regards to my weightlifting so now I only use it when I want to drive down a fever. (But less crappy than some of the other stuff we take so..matter of priorities.)
