Strange Symptoms???

Tough to say definitely without some further testing. First, i would alter my usual habits to rule out something that you are doing (eating times, diet, physical activity). I get sporadic fevers and chills sometimes as well, and it always starts in the evening and plateaus during the night, only to wake up perfectly fine the next day. Because it is so sporadic, the doctor feels it may just be from having bacteria constantly colonized in our lungs. Not sure here either. If you are having these problems daily, it could be a sign that a tune-up should be done, but I am sure many other reasons could be the culprit as well.

I think you need to demand a sputum culture, and possibly some blood work.
I had very similar symptoms to what you describe right before i was diagnosed with cepacia. Low grade fevers, body aches same time of day every day. Only difference is, when i took Tylenol it did take it away for quite a few hours. (I also developed a constant cough that i couldnt get rid of) When i woke up the next day i felt good till it all started over again like a broken record. If you get a sputum sample you can at least rule out that you may be culturing something new .

Maybe some it would explain her symptoms she speaks of in this thread....

To the OP--I can't help you with weird symptoms and after reading JazzysMom response I looked back to see what she was referring to.

I noticed back in April that you had a FEV1 of 20%--are you listed for transplant?

You mentioned short term disability--that's good that your job at the restaurant offers short term disability! Hopefully you make enough to qualify for SSDI.

Also, is Annie short for Annika or something like that?? I've only read the latest blog entry and the first couple of blog entries, so am not real familiar with your story...

Hope you get to feeling better soon.
