I notice when I am under a lot of stress or when I'm "runnnig myself into the ground" that I feel very tight in my chest. Not really an increase in phlegm, but definitely airway constriction and even a slight fever. That's my sign to chill out and rest for a day or so. Usually does the trick, and makes me slow down! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
