I'm always looking for healthy high cal/balanced meals being a Cfer, but being in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy my calorie needs are really upped right now, but the problem is the 'morning' sickness...Well it hasn't really been 'morning' its been all day, and its sticking around the entire pregnancy. Yea! ugh.
I'm not throwing up anymore, I'm just nauseous. I have bouts of it that come and go, and about 3-4 days out of the week eating is pretty hard.
I'm in the biggest cooking rut too. Running out of new ideas, and things to spark an appetite.
HELP!
Anything too cheesy or too greasy just can not work right now. First off I'm too turned off by it, but digestion is much slower now and I just can't digest that food well now.
Regardless of high cal, just being a mom...come on, cooking can get soooo boring and tedious! How do you get out of the ruts? I can't be the only one.
