stupid question

My son has a regular ol' Aerochamber for kids, but not the one with the mask, which is removable BTW. I just put the sterile water in the bottom and stick it in the microwave for 4 min (those are the instructions). Its the sterilizer by Advent. I even put his neb masks in there and they haven't melted yet!
