Sugar Influences

I haven't really noticed that my blood sugars are effected by "that time of the month". I have been keeping track the last couple of days, and it just happens to be that time of the month. I don't think they look any different than any of the other times I have taken them.

Sometimes, if I eat something sugary, they tend to be a little bit higher than usual, but not anything major. I am a big candy/sweet eater, so I am usually having something sweet during the day. Although my dr. seems to think I am diabetic, my blood sugars (in my opinion) do not indicate that. I pretty much eat whatever I want, whenever I want, and my sugar levels here at home have never gone over 200 (except one time in the past 3 years).

Good luck to you!
