For connection. Too often I feel like we (Cory and I) are fighting this disease alone. Coming on line gives me comfort in realizing that we are not alone.

But more so for the social aspect of CF. I have hardly ever been in contact with other CFer's and when I was in contact with others, they were a lot older than I was. I came here 2 years ago, in college, when I had gotten a taste of what CF to CF friendships were like. I had met three girls at my college with CF and it made me "hungry" for more CF contact. I had always wanted to be in contact with others, but wasnt aware how I could. So this was and still is the perfect outlet for me.

I have also learned a whole hell of a lot from everyone here. I have learned how differently certain people deal with CF and how the cases vary so much.
