does anyone know if you can make closed captioning on news videos on the computer?
Like for example on CNN, when they show a video clip, is it possible tohave cc show up on the computer screen?
when i do my meds my machine is so loud, i can't hear videos, but I wanted to know without putting on headphones and adding another cord to be tangled in, does cc exist for computers?

There's a CC button for youtube, although I'm not sure if all videos support it. Most movies also have a subtitle file and can be turned on through your media player.
