I was called for system configuration which we confirmed (took 15 min.) and was told I was going to be called that evening for the research but never was. Then I was never called at any of my other times I said I was available. What happened? I just wanted to let you know since I know this is a first and thought you'd want to know about this "dropped ball."

I'm glad to hear it was a success & I'll gladly participate next time.
