The best nebulizer?

We also have the Pari Proneb II, and it works GREAT! Of course our last neb was a 7 year old hand-me-down, but it was really good as well. I have no idea what kind it was. If the neb seems to be the problem...that doesn't really seem to make since unless it has build-up. I live in south Texas and our water comes from an aquifer, so we get LOTS of lime build-up. I'm with everyone else, though, you probably have a bad compressor.

Thank you, saveferris, for educating us on the proper terminology. Much appreciated.

With our first pari we tried changing filters as well. Our water softener was going bad, so our water was hard from time to time, so I would use vinegar to keep the calcium deposits at bay prior to boiling. Problem is that compressors just aren't built for the abuse # hours we put them thru. Of course our pari was bad from day one and we just didn't know any better. With our more recent machines, we can tell when they're starting to go out because the devilbiss got louder, fan would rattle, stick and both the pari and devilbiss treatment times would start to creep up.

We got a pari Proneb II and it took 40-45 mins to do the tobi too. I ended up getting another one without a problem when I spoke to the company because it should not take that long.
