GO RICHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH GOOOOOOOOOOOO I AM PRAYING AND WAITING FOR YOU TO BE ABLE TO TAKE YOUR FIRST BREATHS WITHOUT CF LUNGS....
Hi, everyone! I only have a few minutes... it's 6:30 now, and in an hour and a half, I will be in the OR (pre-op)... assuming everything stays on track. As you've all read, the past few days have been tough, but I truly believe that all the prayers & well-wishes & love & support have pulled me through to this point to get to transplant.
The most crucial steps have yet to come, and Kristal will update from here on as often as she can. For the record, I feel lots better today than the past couple of days.
Kristal and I can't thank you enough for all the love and support you've shown us. Checking the site will be the easiest way to see where we are in the process now, because it will be difficult to call everyone otherwise. Kristal will do her best to update frequently. As for me, I'll be otherwise preoccupied. (smile)
