I wrote a short review of it on facebook. I actually found a copy at Newbury Comics (no idea if there are those stores in other places lol, but it sells comics, cds, dvd, etc) and bought it without having heard anything about it. I didn't have a problem watching most of the S&M scenes, what really got me was the end. I think I sobbed for hours and hours and hours, mostly because I was trying to come to terms with my own mortality. Here's what I put on facebook:

<br />Bob Flanagan is certainly a unique source of inspiration for those with Cystic Fibrosis. The movie is not so much about his masochistic lifestyle as a sexual "perversion", but as a way to fight back against a body that has turned on itself. It is absolutely heart-wrenching to watch Bob and his partner struggle with his deteriorating health, but the overall message is one of hope and taking control in your life, and that was the film's intent.
