I was told by someone at Pari that it can't be used with Tobi because it doesn't have enough pressure. So we just bought a power inverter and use the Pari Proneb in the car and the devillbis pulmoaid at home. Liza

i got my TREK before my last trip to europe. it has worked out great! i have always wondered how people do neb treatments in the car? i mean, when i am doing my medicines i need to be able to cough that crap out! doesn't seem conducive to a car environment---at least not with other passengers!

I was really excited about the trek when I'd read about it -- thinking about family vacations, trips in the car, etc. But then I'd contacted Pari and they indicated they did not recommend it for use with tobi. Luckily the proneb is small enough to transport in the car -- we set in on the armrest, plug the power inverter into the cigarrette lighter and away we go.l
