Hope your feeling better. I read your posts and I feel for you...been through it all too. There are sooo mnay side effects of all these drugs. I stopped drinking caffeine (which I love) because of the Xopenex. TOBI really sucks. I cannot tolerate TOBI at all...not even a second. I just had an operation on my heart which I am sure was caused by all the years of Albuterol (well, that is what I think). anyway, you are not alone in this fight.<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

I've never had the shakes from coughing, but I've had feelings of electrical shock - which the dr never heard of - and also my vision can be affected. Like I'll cough hard and see sparkles of lights, or sometimes things nearly go black. But never shakes!
I would call the dr. on Monday morning. Since it hasn't happened again, maybe it was adjustement from starting Tobi back up?????
