Things a 4 year old doesn't like about having CF

Today I'm home with the kids, my older one's home with a hacking cough(holding my breathe Maggie doesn't get it). So, I thought I'ld work on the Great Strides fundraising stuff. I set up a webpage and to get Maggie involved i asked her to give me three things that are good about CF and three things that are bad about having CF. She could list the bad stuff about CF right away. She gave me 5 things she didn't like in order 1. VEST(takes too long) 2. sputum culture, it chokes me 3. getting blood taken 4. getting shots(she calls them shocks) 5. being sick cause she can't go ice-skating

Maggie couldn't give me what she thought was good about having CF, she just started listing good things she liked in general.

When I told her I was setting up the webpage to raise $ for CF , she said"You can have my money"

It gives you a little insight on what a 4 year old thinks.

Maggie sounds like Kaylee. I can't think of anything good about a 4yr old having cf either, so Maggie isn't by herself there. Good luck on getting the webpage up.

Awww she sounds so sweet!! I can see that there wouldn't be much good about CF to a four year old!! Thanks for sharing a little piece of Maggie!!

That is so cute....my son just turned 5 and hates the throat culture the most. He does have some things that he likes about having CF though...he was just telling me yesterday. He told me that he likes having CF because he gets to eat as much salt and butter as he wants (he puts it on everything) and that he gets to eat McDonald's Chicken McNuggets and french fries more than his friends do.
