Well this past week thursday on the 29th of July I took my daughter she is a little over 2 months old.. for a third sweat test... I call for the results they dont have them yet say they will call, I wait they don't call by friday afternoon I call again can't reach the person I need to get in touch with office leaves her a message. It's now sunday and I didn't recieve a call with the results. I know she sweat plenty... almost three rings with in the little tube it is collected in now that turns blue. So I am frustrated to say the least. They have plenty of sweat and more than enough time, but I am still waiting! What do I do if they don't have the results by tomarrow morning say around 10 am. who do I speak to and what do I say. They gave my daughter four weeks from her second sweat test which came back qns to get bigger so hopefully she would sweat enough. I doubt that her sweat test will be under thirty when her first was over and I believe she was only a month old at that point. We've seen digestive issues she is now on zantac twice daily for gerd with a working diagnosis of milk protein allergy so she is now on soy formula + b.f and adding rice cereal to her formula, despite zantac she is still spitting up pretty often although more often and less in amount then before. I am very eager to provide her the treatment she needs. I know you are probably thinking I am paranoid but the truth is... I only want answers so I can do my JOB as a mother!! Please any advice you can offer is appreciated.. MLAG

Waiting for answers is so hard!! Tomorrow morning if you do not hear from anyone (I'd give them a little while to call; Monday mornings are always insane at medical offices!) I'd call the dr's office that ordered the test. Make sure you call the dr's office, not the lab. Tell them when she had the test, that you know the test has been processed, and need the results. And- I am sure you already know this since you were given an actual number the first time- but be sure they give you a number, not just 'positive, negative or borderline.'
Fortunately, Emily's results were in very quickly- she had the first test of the morning and I got a call that afternoon; when the boys were done & she had her 2nd it was afternoon so we found out the next day.
