This "MIGHT" help reflux

My chiropractor years ago taught this exercise to me. He said it will help lower the acid level in my stomach. It also helped to increase my saturations too. I always checked before and after preforming this exercise. I learned this a few years ago when I was having problems with my lungs.

I just found this website today. It looks interesting.

When they describe forming the letter "J" I am creating the letter "J" by looking down on my stomach.

I start at the bottom of the rib cage on the left side facing down and form a J by starting at the bottom part of the "J"

The idea is it helps to push down on your diaphragm. It helps keep the acid in check and also allowss more room to eat. This has been my observation.
