I briefly searched for a way to message you privately (while not reporting someone else) to ask a question, but couldn't find it. I may just be oblivious, who knows.
Anyway, this is just a basic question, so I figure no harm done.
So this is about our chat server. I have never moderated a website, so I know ZILCH about what goes into it. I don't know how difficult it is to change stuff, or what's involved in doing it. So if it's difficult, ignore me. But the question is simply this, is there any way we can get a new chat server? The one we have causes a lot of problems. People are in it and their names aren't there, people aren't in it and their names are there, it blanks out often. When you write things, it takes longer than it should for them to pop up, making conversation sometimes confusing.
Like I said, I know nothing about what goes into this stuff. I just figure I'd ask in case it's a matter of going to a different chat site, and signing up with them, or whatever. Like I said before, if it's complicated, tell me to shut up. The chat thing isn't a big deal, it'd just be nice to fix it if it's convenient. Hahaha. That's all, I'm done now!
