If you order a 3 month supply from your pharmacy, how many boxes or actual medication do you receive?
My pharmacy has been telling me that one box of medication (56 doses) is a three month supply because I am off a month, on a month, and off a month! DUMB!

Does anyone actually receive THREE months worth of medication when ordering TOBI or is my pharmacy the same as the the rest of you?

I only had a 3 month supplied delivered a few times. Between that & Pulmozyme there just wasnt enough room in the fridge.

That being said....your pharmacy doesnt know how to count LOL!

EVEN with the 30 days on & 30 days off....during your OWN months you would neb 2 times a day so 28 days (1 month) X 2=56!


Simple enough to figure out, but evidentally you need to point the exact math out to them!!!

We used to get a 3 month supply until the pharmacy decided it was a higher leverl med and are charging more so I can only get a one month supply.

That being said....when we did get the 3 month we would get two boxes.

I do colistin on & off and only get two months worth of meds. So, yeah, doesn't really save any money, but I still order it that way because it's shipped to my house, which means one less trip to the pharmacy.
