My daughter just got her first tobi treatment last night. I am supposed to be finished with her treatment after 35 minutes (according to the nebulizer owner's manuel), but there are still little droplets on the side even after an hour. Should I keep going, or turn it off after there is no more fog coming out of it?

As a rule once the neb starts spittering & sputtering you are good that you got the "recommended" amount.

I, personally, tend to knock on the sides of the cup for any nebs to get the condensation off, but there is a difference between the med being in the BOTTOM of the cup versus droppings on the side when you are up to 1 hour.

Ditto, if it starts to sputter, then you should be done. Those darned things can keep sputtering forever... If there just a few drops of liquid, you should be fine.

If you're doing a treatment and it's taking longer than 25-30 minutes, then you may want to take a look at your compressor. When we first did tobi, we didn't realize our orginal pari proneb compressor was faulty -- tobi took 45-50 minutes! But we didn't know any better and didn't think our compressor could be raulty 'cuz it was only a month or two old.
