tobramycin in the eflow

I'm going to be starting tobramycin in the eflow tomorrow or the next day. I haven't tolerated it well the last couple years, but that was using the pari pro neb ultra. I'm crossing my fingers that this isn't going to cause great shortness of breath. I need it to work because I've been sick and am trying to avoid going back on IV's as I've only been about 1.5 months off.

So, what do you all think of the tobra in the eflow? Does it seem to work better? Increase your pft's?

I hope it does! I have just started tobi (for the first time ever) in the eflow almost two months ago. One month on...one month off. I start up again next week. I tolerated it well. I'll be starting it soon too. I'm hopeful that by receiving a well-concentrated, accurate dosing of tobra, I won't have so many exacerbations. I'm going to have to learn to stop calling it TOBI, since the medication is a different formulation of the abx.
