tobramycin in the eflow

Well, this is my 7th day of the Tobra in the eflow. I think I'm starting to do a little better. I was coming off a bad cold when I started and was hoping this would keep me off IV's since I was on them just two months ago.
The last couple days I've really been coughing up some thick green junk. I think that may mean the tobra is getting in their and working, because I've started to feel better in the afternoons.
Anyway, big difference so far with using it in the eflow. I haven't nearly the same problems with the Shortness of Breath (SOB).
