You'll get great pain killers to take home-don't leave the hospital without them and...use them wisely.

Good luck with your port. This turned out to be a good decision for my daughter. She was sore for a few days but seemed to bounce back quickly. She definately prefers it to pic lines!

The port was a great decision for my daughter. She was sore for a few days, but is so happy she got hers. It makes infusion so much easier. She's happy to be pic free! Good luck to you, will be thinking of you on the 23rd.
