Transdermal glutathione

No doubt, glutathione is the answer. NAC is effective because it is one of the triggers of glutathione production in the cells.

Glutathione is the master antioxidant. I urge you to google it to get more information from other sources. Most health challenges are linked to deficient or depleted glutathione levels, CF especially. The problem is that oral, transdermal, nebulized, nasal and IV glutathione doesn't do as thorough a job at resolving the glutathione deficiency as is required to remedy the disease. The answer lies in a breakthrough supplement that actually accelerates the body's natural production of glutathione. This supplement has NAC in the right proportions.

I've never used it because I'm seeing great results from fizzy NAC consistent with the clinical trials <img src="">

Let me know how you like it, though.</end quote></div>

I have tried the fizzy NAC too, but it makes me so darned bloated that it makes it hard to breathe. Do you find this happens with you as well?

Did you inhale mucomyst as a kid? If so, you may be experiencing an allergic reaction to NAC. It is very strange, but bc cfers are on so many antibiotics we become sensitized to many, many things. When your body is at it's worst condition, ie exacerbation, IVs, the good bacteria in your gut, which is responsible for 90% of your immune response, is pretty much reduced to nothing. At that point, when you are exposed to a normal everyday thing, (a peanut, an apple, antibiotic, a supplement) your body does not recognize it as the benign thing that it is. Without the good bacteria in your gut, your body switches to teh inflammatory Type 2 response and sees that thing as an invader.

Are you on a probiotic? This does put the good bacteria in and seems to calm some allergic type 2 responses.

Hmmm...interesting to know. No, I have not used mucomyst before.
Any good probiotics that you recommend that can be bought at a Whole Foods type store?
