Hey everyone, I haven't been on here in a looooong time. I just thought I would stop by and update everyone. I just got my transplant March 29th and I am doing awesome! It feels so great to be able to breathe! I am out all the time with my friends going everywhere and anywhere and no more oxygen or having to stop every 2 minutes to take a break. It's been incredible. Although it's been great it's been horrible as well. My brother also had CF I am sure I have spoke of it before. But he passed away last November. He was trying to get on the list but he became very ill very quick. He was in the hospital for 7 months with a trach on a vent before he died. It's been so tough but at the same time I think he had a hand in me getting my TX and I have been doing amazing since. I wish it had been different for him but I know he is happy that I am doing well! =)
