Has anyone traveled with the Neil med sinus rinse? What do you do about the water situation? I usually boil distilled water. Will be staying in a hotel. I really want to be able to rinse out after so many hours in the airplane.

i haven't traveled with it but i have it in my dorm room and I use an electric tea kettle. it just plugs into the wall and boils the water in a couple minutes <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.target.com/T-Fal-1-7-lit-Electric-Kettle/dp/B000EZU678/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&searchView=grid5&frombrowse=0&node=1038576&keywords=electric%20tea%20kettle&field_browse=1038576&searchSize=30&id=T-Fal%201%207-lit%20Electric%20Kettle&field_availability=-2&refinementHistory=subjectbin%2Ctarget_com_age%2Ctarget_com_gender-bin%2Ctarget_com_character-bin%2Cprice%2Ctarget_com_primary_color-bin%2Ctarget_com_size-bin%2Ctarget_com_brand-bin&searchNodeID=1038576&field_launch-date=-1y&searchRank=relevancerank&searchPage=1&field_keywords=electric%20tea%20kettle">http://www.target.com/T-Fal-1-...lectric%20tea%20kettle</a> it looks something like this

The package insert says you can use previously boiled OR distilled water so why couldn't you just use plain distilled? It's probably more comfortable to have the water warmed, and slightly more effective, but, we actually just use room temp. distilled water.

Tami - I just have read that pseudomonas can live in in distilled water. so I have been boiling the distilled instead of just warming it for the few seconds they recommend. By the way, Isabelle sounds like a true little creative spirit <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
Lauren - I had a tea kettle, very similar to the one you use, in college as well. Loved it.
