Traveling with eflow

Hi guys-
I have a quick question. Hubby wants to take me on a trip to a place I will not have access to boiling water for cleaning my nebs. How do those of you who travel a lot, ie amy, keep your eflow neb cup clean? I know I can put it in alcohol, but how do I rinse it after alcohol? I have asthma due to alcohol residue.....

Totally overwhelmed thinking about it....not excited about a trip at all.

Thanks.

If you have access to a microwave you can buy these really cool sterilization bags at Babies R us....they're used for breast feeding parts but work on nebs great. That's what I use when I travel.

I always just rinsed the neb cups with water like I do at home. Actually hot water.. Even in Mexico I would do it with the water they say you can drink. My gosh is this bad???I have been doing it my whole life.

Ya Jen, not a good idea. That water has PA in it and other fun fungi and bacteria.

When I went to France in April I brought a ton of alcohol with me. Cleaned everything off with tap and then soaked all pieces in alcohol. Amazingly enough I couldn't smell it after it dried (and I have the best nose ever.... people can't believe what I'm able to smell).

But if that doesn't work for you, I've used a deep frier that I bought from target. It boils the water and works great. Here's a link:

Just take out the basket.

I'm not 100% convinced that those baby sterilizers have the ability to kill PA so I avoid those. With the deep frier you know the exact temperature of the water so you can ensure that PA is killed

Happy travels!!!!
