Trip?

Go for it! I have a Flutter to replace the Vest (I would look into it) and a much more portable nebulizer that runs on batteries. Because of these amazing advances in technology, I don't miss out on trips. :]

Good luck!

ABSOLUTLY GO!!!!! I went to dc in 8th grade and it was the most fun i'v ever had! i had to bring ALL my stuff for my feeding tube! if you dont no that includes a pole & pump like from a hospital w/ all the cans and stuff 2! and we had to take a plane so it had to go through baggage claim! that was embarising!!!
but other than that i roomed w/ my really close friends that already knew everything so they totaly understood. but it was one of the best experiences of my life! & it also kinda taught me more independence like not having my mom tell me when to take my meds!
i dont use a vest i use an acapella. its really easy and really small!!! and you can do it where ever (i had 2 do it on the bus a few times) ask ur doc about it.
it does get really tiring but theres a lot of times when your just riding on the bus and you can sleep for a few hours before you get to the next stop

Totally go!
School trips were the fondest memories I had of jr. high and high school!
Even though it seems a bit scary and uncomfortable having to take care of everything on your own, it will be soo rewarding
At the end of the day, you will feel soo confident knowing that you were able to handle all your meds on your own
everyone will miss you if you don't go! Do it <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
