Little Miss,

You asked about other anti-inflamatories... I will give you a few, please check with your doctor, especially if you are trying to get pregnant.

Fish oil (DHA, EPA) Some contain other anti-inflammatories like GLA, and ALA.

Vitamin D3 -- check your levels.

Vitamin C

Multistrain Probiotic

Assuming you take digestive enzymes

Zyflamend (natural Cox2 inhibitor)

Can you take inhaled steroid like Asmanex or non-steroidal like inhaled Sodium Cromolyn?

Make sure anything you take is approved for pregnant women.

Thanks everyone. Definately some food for thought.... (hehe no pun intended). I don't really like the taste of turmeric so I can't see myself being able to eat enough of it in food to make a difference, plus I - erm - smell bad enough already... <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Nightwriter: I do take seretide, which is an inhaled steroid, but I still get very tight so wanted to add something else. I will look at those other things everyone suggested - though I know that vit C is out when pg due to miscarriage risk.

Turmeric studies have shown some possibility of it working for inflammation ONLY in people with double-delta-F508. Beware! It will make your farts even more toxic than they already are!</end quote></div>

Ok, how could you post this without employing the Proud Fart emotion?
