I really *had* to do it in order to stay in the military, not the tummy tuck part, but the sewing the muscles back together (Mark could put his fist in the middle of my stomach and push down to my back when I was laying on the floor, that's how separated they were) and removing the hernia that was there. I just got lucky and found a military plastics guy who would even bother to see me for a consult, and from there it all worked out...he retires this thursday.
I had been waived from so many physical fitness tests since the kids were born that they were threatening to kick me out if I didn't participate in the next one (I'm waived in April due to this surgery, but will participate in sept.) so I was a little freaked. I'm very lucky that I got the TT done as well, they are expensive I hear. although tara if you are considering it, not nearly as painful recovery as the C section
