There is nothing that bugs me more than the big talkers who don't follow through. And there is at least one on every committee. I'm sorry you have to deal with all this. This is just a suggestion but have you thought about karaoke? We are thinking of doing this next year and would be easier then finding a band. Also younger children could join in and would be great fun for everyone. If not don't stress it, we also had big talkers this year and alot of no shows for the walk. We are having a baseball tournament on Aug 1st to raise funds this year too.
