I've never had anyone check my mg levels - I'm just self diagnosing myself. My symptoms clear up when I keep up w/ the mg. When I was pregnant w/ Logan my tachycardia got really bad - sometimes several times a day and I would have to lie down with my feet in the air to convert my heart back to normal. But that is when I started taking the mg - and within a week it all went away. But as soon as I slipped up for a few days (you can become deficient in as little as 3 days) I'd start to get the "episodes" again. Other symptoms I have are insomnia and worsening asthma. I've seen a cardiologist (though it was probably 6-7 years ago) and even wore a holter monitor (didn't catch anything). I had an EKG 2 months ago that was basically normal. My "episodes" are mostly triggered by bending over - weird huh. But not always.
So my plan is just to keep up w/ the mag and take it easy. Josh noticed that I seem to be feeling a lot better this evening - and I am.
