Prayers are sent from East Tennessee, this is just a reminder of how precious life really is. We celebrate the older ones who pass because they have lived a long life, but it hits hard and fast when the little ones are affected. My hearts goes out to the family, and the two little girls. Myboy,

Her CF was severe from the start. She had a double lung transplant 18 months ago. Things actually were going pretty well for her up until a few months ago or so. Her FEV1 has dropped very fast, she is now in the 20s. They have really tried everything possible. She is not a canidate for relisting-and she reassured her parents and doctors that she did not want to go through it again anyways<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> She may mean it, but part of me things it is her way of protecting the adults around her who are falling apart...

My family hosts a CFF Golf fundraiser very year, and it is this coming Friday. We currently have about 140 golfers and will raise (hopefully) well over $20,000. Even though we hold it in honor of my daughters and nephew who have CF, she will be our family's special honoree that day.
