Oncologist called this morning and wants us to do a PET scan just to confirm that it was he suspects it to be cancer. There are 4 tumors in the pelvis cavity below the hips. Where the cancer is surgery and radiation are not an option. But he said that we might could find another Chemo treatment that won't affect the lungs as much as the 5FU for the colon cancer did. Basically it doesn't look considering that these tumors were not there in July when they did this same test. But the PET scan will very if it metastisized or not. And how fast it is growing and spreading. I appreciate all of your prayers and please continue them as it is going to be difficult to let our 2 sons Jacob age 11 and Calob age 9 in on this news because we have been waiting until we knew more. So we will have the PET scan to confirm the docotrs suspision and then decide on a treatment regimen from there. I will keep you posted as we go through this. Thanks again.
