I use the individual saline ampules from nielmed (at the drug store) for my daughter and squirt a few into a netipot when I don't have the resources for making sterile water.
<br>Have you tried buying cans of Simply Saline? It's about $7 per can (I buy it in the grocery store or pharmacy), but it's worth it since it works well to irrigate your sinuses. It is much more travel friendly than packing Sinus Rinse bottles, sterilized water, and packets.
