vegetarians enzymes

For little i know.There are no enzymes approved by FDA.
Does anyones use vegetarian enzymes as aid?
Can yopu recommend me a brand?

Well, we are in the same boat. I am vegetarian and every enzyme I've ever taken is made from animals. Specifically the PIG. I DO NOT LIKE ENZYMES and have had suffered greatly from a variety of them. The point is, for CF, we need enzymes to specifically break down and help absorb fats. The only way medicine has figured to do this is through the use of animal enzymes. You can try taking Papaya or pineapple enzymes, but they won't get the job done. I haven't found an answer, except to NOT EAT DAIRY or FATTY FOODS except in the NATURAL FORM (avocados). This may not be an option for you depending on your specific CF case. Let me know if you discover something.
