and.....Full data from the Phase 3 registration program of VX-770 are expected in the first half of 2011. Pending the results, Vertex expects to submit a New Drug Application with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and a Marketing Authorization Application with European regulatory authorities for VX-770 in the second half of 2011.

How can you find out what hospitals are participating? I was set to do the trial last year but got sick so I would love to try again. Anywhere online I can find out?

A very exciting devlopment!!! My daughter's mutations don't qualify for the vertex, but it could be a huge leap towards developming meds that help all mutations. I hope your son keeps doing well, you must be thrilled!!!

..go to cff.org, then find your hospital listed under clinical trials. this trial is already listed on the cff website showing that they are recruiting...but there is only 160 slots nationwide, so they will probably fill up quick. i would call you doc asap! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
