Lindsay is right on target. Get yourself to the ER. I know that's the last place you want to go, but it's necessary. Maybe call the hospital and have your CF doc paged. In the meantime, if you're hungry, you can eat things like cheese, which, to the best of my knowledge are "freebies" when it comes to carbs. That shouldn't throw you out of whack. Don't let a high sugar go on too long, it can cause lasting damage.

Just a thought...you're not taking steroid tablets are you? My sugars are always a little high (not high enough for treatment...yet) but they always go much higher when I take steroid tablets like prednisolone. Either way I think you need to at least talk to your doctor. Good luck x
