Hi- My daughter was just put on tobi. I remember hearing somewhere that you can't do the vest and tobi at the same time. Does anyone know about this? My cf nurse if out for a few weeks and want to make sure that we are doing it correctly. I also need to know what order she should do her treatments: vest, tobi, pulmozyne, advair. Any help would be great. Thanks Laura

If you want cut down on time by doing a treatment with the vest, then do it with the pulmozyme. The order is bronchodilator, pulmozyme, cpt, Last should be Tobi. The Tobi should be last so that the lungs are as open as possible to allow the Tobi to go in the farthest it can. Hope this helps.

Hi we were told a similar thing. We do bronchiodialators, and pulmozyme with the vest, then Tobi afterwards. this way our daughter is opened up to get the Tobi down into her lungs.Andrea
