Do you have the Hillrom vest?

If so, call the company and ask for the "Minnesota Style" vest. Dr. Warwick (inventor of the vest whose patients live 10 years longer than the national average) has all of his patients use this vest.

I don't know why this is not the standard option for everyone. The fit is much better---no pinching at the armpits, yet the vest comes up much higher to reach your upper airways.

As far as itchiness, I'm not sure what to tell you. Sometimes I get itchy too, but it is not unbearable.
