<br />I also feel MUCH better having been on this drug. Antbx didn't work. Now I am doing a 3 month tmtnt of Vfend and it has significantly improved my breathing.

if you've ordered a rash guard shirt that'll work great for biking. If you're looking for another type of SPF shirt, Cloudveil makes some good ones. They have extended cuffs that cover the backs of your hands and they work very well. I have worn the "cool" shirts and pants made by cloudveil in the tropical sun, when I needed to get close to zero exposure. I've also found that using Neutrogena 100 spf sunscreen on my face works well. Occasionally you can find some pretty decent Nike golf shirts (long-sleeved) with about 45 spf. I had one that was like a silky knit, that was really breathable for hiking. You might want to look in the golf wear stores. There's also an online store for SPF clothes, called Solara.
