Well lately i have been working out really hard, but im not sure if this has anything to do with working out but it seemed to all start at the same time... I have a vibration sensation in my right middle part of my lung. It is driving me crazy!!! Every breath in or out it is humming!! i have huffed coughed til i cant anymore and have done hypertonic saline double time. I feel fine and dont feel sick necessarily. It feels like something needs to break lose maybe? Whenever it does it it reminds me of the sensation you get right before you cough up blood, but in this case no blood. Any help, tips, or advice would be much appreaciated. i am scared to ask my doc...bc she jumps the gun on alot of stuff and will put me on ivs!

It sounds like you have some mucus that is broke loose BUT trapped. I get that sometimes. I too feel like I'm about to cough up blood but it never happens. Can you add an extra vest treatment everyday? Or maybe call and get an oral antibiotic. If it continues more than 3 days, I would def lighten up on the work outs incase it IS blood that just isn't getting up and out.

For me it is more like a rattle in my lower left lobe, annoying and audible. One summer I felt like it was there most of the time but I had no major exacerbations. It was worse when I skipped exercise, so I don't know if I had the same thing. Manual CPT (pounding) worked the best for me in this situation, though I still get the free refill a few hours later. But I don't want to be the one to recommend something that does make you bleed.

I hope you can make it go away. It messes with my head a bit when I feel something stuck that I can't move, so I have sympathy.

I agree, sounds like something is trappped. I recently had a serious plug so here was my plan I found that worked not saying it will for you just FYI.

I took maximum amount mucinex all throughout a couple days, drank water like a FISH, would do my HTS/pulmozyme after bronchodialator then I would lay on the side where the plus was thinking it would 'settle in' to those areas. I would take a nap, read, whatever for a couple hours. Then once I got up and around I would do another breathing treatment then work out and huff. At first that didnt work so then I also added in manual CPT over the area and did same thing next day and that worked.

good luck
