I have a low raspy voice. I've been told that its very husky sounding. Some people have even told me I should get a job as a sex phone operator. LOL - I suppose that could be a compliment depending on how you look at it.<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> I guess its from years of coughing and inhaled meds maybe.

Both of my boys have very low raspy voices, which concerned their Drs. They were given an ENT appointment to have cameras inserted down into their vocal chords. When doing the first child he freaked as he said it hurt. They did this with the second twin in the room so there was no way in hell he was letting them do the procedure on him, lol. Apparently they were looking for abnormalities in the vocal chords, ie warts. Never did find anything though.

I call it the CF voice. I have seen certain shows where there is someone on their with CF and before it is even told I can say, I bet that person has CF. This has happened on two different occassions. I have a higher raspy voice. In High school people called me squirrel for my voice and my laugh. I was amused. Anyway.
