I'm a CF mom and a while back, my daughter and I speculated about how much it would help to
have a bed at home like the hospital so that her coughing at night
could be helped (she coughs less when her head is elevated). Also - in general, it seems that sleep problems just keep piling up the older she gets. Has anyone found things that work to help them sleep?

She is in love with a Tempur-pedic bed and they recently came out with the
ergo which is adjustable like the hospital bed but who in the world has
the money for that?! So...when I saw this giveaway, I jumped on it and
to my surprise, I was chosen as one of the five finalists. If you're
feeling generous - please go to the site and vote for Andrea. No

Ask your friends to vote too! I figured there might be a side benefit
as friends of the other finalists go to the site to vote, they may see
the mention of CF and wonder what it is....maybe this will build
awareness too - bonus!

If you have any words of wisdom about getting better sleep with CF, please share....

Thanks everyone!!

Piper takes melatonin nightly, and the head of her bed is elevated (I used the blocks you get so you can store more under the bed). Started the melatonin more because of anxiety/Asperger's, but it's worked wonders. Check with her Dr next visit
