I tried emailing links on the site again today. Email wont go through. Had the same results a few weeks ago. My son is a double delta and in a trial now with 809. I would switch him after a month but no dice. Also this is still not listed on the CF website trial channel. Anyone have any luck contacting them on 661? All locals have same email and are Vertex investigative sites, not hospitals.

How long do clinical trials last? How long from beginning of Phase 1 to FDA approval? How long between phases? If the Phase 2 trials for 661/770 have just begun, if the trials prove successful, when would the drug hit the market? Also, I wonder if it will be cheaper since vastly more people will benefit from it?

most drugs get approved in phase 4. 770 got approved in phase 3. phase 2 of the 809/770 trial has 2 cohorts. my son is in cohort 2. data will be presented in the fall most likely. 809/770 cohort 1 has already presented their data last year in the fall. 661 is just opening in phase 2. no idea if there will be more than 1 cohort.
809/770 cohort 2 trial is 2 weeks off. 4 weeks of 809/placebo. 4 weeks of 809/770/placebo. week off. about 80 days give and take.
